The Road To Wimbledon for under 14s
The Road To Wimbledon is a nationally run tournament, for children aged 14 or under, taking place on 15 May & it gives all those taking part the opportunity to play AT WIMBLEDON!
The first stage is held internally for our junior member who are 14 or under as at the 31st August 2011, if they are 14 before they are not eligible to enter.
Our tournament will be held on Sunday 15th May commencing at 1pm and It costs £5 to enter. The winners of our boys and girls draws then qualify to play in the county finals at Northwood Esporta in on the 9/10th July.
We have separate boys and girls draws, so unlike our junior club champs the kids will only compete against the same gender.
If a child under the age wants to enter they are welcome but it is an open age competition so if a 10yr old enters they are likely to come up against children as old as 14.
