The August & September Gym Challange

Well done to everyone who took part in the ‘complete body workout’ gym challenge, some of you giving it a bash several times over! The timed circuit was comprised of treadmill, press-ups, squats, bike, dumb bells, dips, rowers and sit-ups. More than enough to really get the heart racing and for you to have worked every inch of your body, phew!

Particular praise and prizes go to the following winners:

  • Fastest female – Nicola Whittock – 22.59 mins
  • Fastest male – Max Harding – 19.44 mins
  • Fastest Junior – William Doherty (Pictured)– 25.59 mins
  • Outstanding female performance – Amber Mullens
  • Outstanding male performance – Declan Pollard

Once again, well done to all who participated and we really hope to see you all for the next gym challenge.
