STEP & ABS

This class uses simple chorepgraphy on and off the step to give you a toned, lean, lower body. Hand weights are optional if you want to go that little further and work your arms. The class finished with a 20 minute core session to really tone and shape your abdominals. 

This is a fun, energetic class with a great selection of music to motivate you. The class is suitable for all levels of fitness as it can be tuned to your individual needs whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level.

Our professional coaches combine basic patterns using the step, resistance work with the weights with little choreography. The weights and height of step can be adjusted to suit the participants level of fitness.
