The class is suitable for all levels of fitness as it can be tuned to your individual needs whether you are a beginner or at an advanced level. Our professional coaches combine basic patterns using the step, resistance work with the weights with little choreography. The weights and height of step can be adjusted to suit the participants level of fitness.

With an abdominal section towards the end, this class works all major muscle groups and as it also contains some cardio vascular work it is the complete all rounder to add to your programme of fitness helping you to reach your goals.
