Our wonderful function rooms and beautiful garden settings, along with our new collaboration with Amanda’s Action Club offer you dynamic & fun party packages that will give your children and guests a fantastic and memorable experience.

We offer Crèche parties for the 1-3yr olds, for the older children we have our Parachute & bounce, Sports theme ,Edible story/Action, Creative/Action, Teddy bear’s picnic, Arts & crafts, traditional disco and much more...

Please see below full details of the wonderful parties that we offer:

Soft Play & Action Club: (1 years-3 years)

• 1.15pm-3.15pm
• 20 mins of play with selected toys and the soft play area for the children to use on arrival in studio 2.
• 25 mins of Action Club. Using versatile props and modern nursery rhymes and age appropriate music, our parties encourage children to be active and have fun at the same time. We get everyone involved, excited and on a natural high.
• 30 mins for Food and drink will be brought over to Studio 2 for you.
• 35 mins of Action Club, Using versatile props, modern nursery rhymes, age appropriate music and also incorporating some games.
• 10 mins of soft play
• Maximum number of children: 20

Cost: Cost based on 20 children:- £345 £100 deposit to secure your booking Balance due 2 weeks before party.

Parachute & Bounce Party: (Aged 4 – 7 Years )

• 20 minutes Bouncy Castle in Studio 3.
• 20 minutes Action Club warm up, singing & dancing.
• 20 minutes Games & races in studio 2 or outside if weather permits.
• 30 minutes food back in Studio 3.
• 15 minutes of parachute Games.
• 15 minutes of bouncy castle.
• Maximum number of children 20.

Note: It is not recommended to have a Bouncy Castle for children over approximately 6 years of age however, if you would like the use of the Bouncy Castle for this age group, we will accommodate your request. There will be a limited amount of children who can bounce on the castle at the one time.

Cost based on 20 children:- £345 £2 per additional child, maximum 30 children (larger parties quoted on request) £100 deposit to secure your booking Balance due 2 weeks before party.

Sports Party : (Aged 5 Years +)

The Sports Party consists of a selection of different sporting games & activities, which include Football, Cricket, Rounder’s or Sports Day Races– you can choose a maximum of 2 types per party). Tennis themed party available with a tennis coach on request.

• 60 Minutes of your chosen Sport – Drills and Training & games (outside if weather permits or in Studio 2)
• 30 minutes food back in Studio 3
• 30 minutes in a Match or game of your chosen sport
• Maximum number of children 20

Edible Story & Active party: (aged 4+)

45 minutes Creative Edible story:-

• Our edible story party is a magical way of incorporating story time with cookie decorating, engaging the children in a classic story whilst allowing them to be creative. We have various stories available. The children get to decorate 3 freshly baked cookies using icing and lots of sprinkles then they are all boxed ready to take home at the end of the party.
• 30 minutes food

45 minutes Action Club:-

• Using versatile props and modern nursery rhymes and age appropriate music, our parties encourage children to be active and have fun at the same time. We get everyone involved, excited and on a natural high. Action Club parties are suitable for children aged 1-7 years and are tailored to your child's age and needs. Our highly experienced and professional party hosts know what's required to provide a stimulating and memorable day.
• Maximum number of children 20

Creative & Active party: (aged 4+)

45 minutes Arts and crafts, Choose an activity from the list below:

• Decopage
• Crown/ tiara making.
• Fairy wings/swords.
• Ceramic decorating.
• 30 minutes food.

45 minutes Action Club:

We get everyone involved, excited and on a natural high. Action Club parties are suitable for children aged 1-7 years and are tailored to your child's age and needs. Teddy Bear’s Picnic: (Aged 5 +)

• 45 mins bring our bear to life
• All the children get to design & decorate a t’shirt and a sun visor for their bear to wear using fabric pens. Once done we bring our bears to life stuffing them and giving him/her a star for a heart. We then name our bears and give them a birth certificate. (Shoes, bags voice boxes and much more available on request)
• 30 minutes food
• Once the children have eaten we put their bears in a bag ready to take home.

45 minutes Action Club:

We get everyone involved, excited and on a natural high. Action Club parties are suitable for children aged 1-7 years and are tailored to your child's age and needs.   If you would like to book a party with us please contact Claudine on 01895 623999 or email to info@amandasactionclub.co.uk with your preferred time and date to check availability. A £100 deposit is required on all parties to secure you booking and the balance will be due 2 weeks before you party. If your booking is within 3 weeks of your party date your party will need to be paid in full.

  Car Parking:

  Non-member Party guests at The Park Club are NOT permitted to use The Park Club car park. There are, however, roads opposite the Club, which have free parking at the weekend.

  Other Requirements:

  If you would like to provide the adults who are attending the party with food and drinks you may pre-order and pre-pay at the bar. The bar staff will then bring your food and drinks out when they bring the children’s food out. Alternatively, you may leave your Credit Card behind the bar and the adults attending can go to the bar & order food and drinks during the party.

  Non-members Parties at The Park Club

  Non-Members may book Children’s Parties at The Park Club at an additional non-member fee of £150.00.

  Children’s party food menu & details

  One portion of food per head per child.Children with allergies: As we cannot guarantee that the food we offer does not contain nuts, we recommend that food is provided by the parent.
  • Parents are asked to watch over their children while they are eating.

  Park Club Party Bookings Terms and Conditions

  As we are unable to hold temporary bookings indefinitely, please contact Claudine on info@amandasactionclub.co.uk or call 01895 623999 to make a £100 non-refundable deposit within 7 days of making your temporary booking.

  • 1. The Studio must be vacated promptly at the end of the party.
  • 2. Final numbers and payments are required 7 days prior to the event. (Please note - no amendments can be made once final numbers have been received. Non-receipt of payment may result in event being cancelled.)
  • 3. Outside parties are weather permitting; we will make every effort to conduct similar activities indoors in the event of unsuitable conditions. Refunds will not be made available in this instance.
  • 4. The management are unable to accept responsibility for the safe keeping of gifts, and therefore request the parents make suitable arrangements.
  • 5. It is not the responsibility of the party staff to supervise the children involved in the party; this is the responsibility of the parents hosting the party. For the avoidance of doubt, one parent must remain in the party room at all times as pert of The Park Club’s safeguarding policy.
  • 6. Food must be booked for every child attending with the exception of children with severe allergies. One of the three menus must be chosen. Outside catering is not permitted.
  • 7. In the event of cancellation of a booking, the following provisions shall apply and are accepted by the client.
  • 1. Deposits are non-refundable.
  • 2. Less than 48 hrs notice 75% of quoted cost is payable. Less than 24 hrs notice full payment is required.
