Boxing Class takes place on Mondays at 7pm in the Gym.
Members, Lee and Ali have started their new weekly boxing class in the gym. This is a circuit and boxing skills class and will involve pad, glove and bag work.
Beginners are welcome, as are both women and men. The class is lively, energetic and FUN!
Places will be limited to 20 per session so arrive early and bring along bags of energy and enthusiasm. This promises to be a great workout and great fun too!
