HELPFUL ADVICE
- Wear flip flops for a Pedicure.
- Wear dark loose clothing for St. Tropez & Tanning.
- Do not have heat treatments, such as sunbeds 24 hours before or after Waxing.
- Discuss treatment with therapist prior to booking when pregnant.
- If you have any health problems, discuss with therapist prior to booking.
What if I am late for my appointment?
Arriving late will simply reduce the time for your treatment, potentially reducing its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end on time so that our next client is not delayed.
Eyelash Tint
The eyes are a sensitive area and therefore we will not give eyelash tints without first conducting a tint test at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. The tint test is free of charge and can easily be booked.
Products
Many of the products used in our treatments can be purchased at reception. Please ask your therapist or a member of the reception team for assistance.

For all beauty treatments we require notice of cancellation in order that we can use your appointment for the benefit of another member. A 100% treatment cost will be charged if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the appointment.
