Physiolates

Physiolates is an integration of Pilates and Physiotherapy. Anyone who has suffered from low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, or generally just want to gain better core strength and more flexibility will benefit greatly from these sessions.

Our Pilates is taught by Maria Elliot a trained physiotherapist who has been working as a Pilates instructor for the past 10 years, following 10 years working as a physiotherapist in a variety of different specialist areas.

The benefits of Physiolates are many:

• Decompresses the spine and tight joints, thereby improving mobility
