2. Somassage - During ski season, book in your ski fit MOT with Cherie. Have three Somassage sessions for the reduced price of £180. Two will take place pre ski and one post ski.
Our goal in Somassage Ski Fit is to create an easeful upright posture, with greater ease of movement, balance and grace. This will leave you less prone to injury and you will recover faster, leaving you with more time to ski. Your finishing session will get you back in balance and address anything that may have disrupted your easeful posture. I will make individual recommendations on areas that you can improve before your holiday, by seeing a physio and a personal trainer.
2012 Pregnancy Massage

Massage can be safe and soothing for both you and your baby from very early days through to the delivery date. Many conditions such as pregnancy diabetes do not exclude you from having massage but do require a more specialised approach to your care.
