Programmed Activities

Holiday Club

During the school holidays, The Ark in the Park offers a Holiday Club for children of ages 3 – 7 years old. The children may be booked in for half or whole days during the Holiday Club.

They are given the chance to participate in many different activities where they will learn to explore and investigate, discuss and challenge observations whilst using free choice and expression when making and decorating items such as boxes, jewellery, badges, masks, ceramics and sewing.

Children partake in a world of yummy, scrummy, food galore, where their talents are turned to baking savoury and sweet delights to take home and share with the family.

The Stork Club

What is The Stork Club?

The Stork Club is a parents' Club available to all Park Club members who wish to join. We hold regular seminars, informal meetings and courses for mothers-to-be and new mothers and fathers, covering a range of topics such as First Aid, Baby Massage, Nutrition for mothers-to-be and Nutrition for Babies. These are hosted by a variety of professionals, some of whom are members of The Park Club.

A small charge is levied for some seminars which would need to be paid for at the time of booking.

Registration with The Stork Club will also provide information on The Ark in the Park creche, our onsite creche and daycare facility, as well as information on schools, activities, local information and parental survival. Please do mention if there are any other topics you think we might have forgotton and which you would like to see explored.

You may also be eligible for vouchers to spend in the Club - see Stork Club voucher terms and conditions. Speak to our creche manager, Claire, for further details.
