Vinyasa is a physically active form and focuses on breath coordination and movement, flowing from one pose to the next. Classes however, can vary greatly, sometimes done to music and with no set series of poses.

The nature of the class is down to the choice of the teacher. Here at The Park Club, near Chiswick, our Vinyassa Flow classes are designed to be a fun, energetic and intense form of yoga, and the variety from class to class makes it ideal for those who are averse to following the same routine.
