The Reluctant Exerciser
My outfit is not a good gym outfit today. My husband asked me when I was meeting Helma for shotputting practice. Ha ha - very funny.
I do keep catching myself looking like the crazy tracksuited teacher in Glee. Not a good look. I've just done stage one of the gym challenge - before entries were closed!. It took me an hour. And I thought it said 3 miles bike so I did that instead of 2 miles. I'm so red. And I'm so overheating. Luckily no one cares because it is so hot.
