Low Fu Tae Bo blends martial arts, dance and music into one super workout. Low Fu combines basic kickboxing and boxing techniques plus fabulous aerobic moves with a pulsating eclectic selection of tunes (we love music!).

Low Fu’s beautifully fluent moves aid movement and flexibility. Our martial arts ethos brings a spiritual aspect to Low Fu and promotes self-awareness.
