THRIVE

Thrive is a functional strength and conditioning workout that will benefit general fitness as well as being functionally useful for a multitude of sporting activities. This 45 minute high intensity class uses the Omnia rig, kettlebells and the participants own body weight.

The aim of this class is to improve cardio conditioning, functional movement patterns and strength, we want to enhance the feeling of well being, helping members to look and move better.

This class is aimed at members who have a decent level of fitness and want a challenging workout which is cutting edge and has safety and intelligence in mind.
